As the full-time working restaurant and bar manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. This includes cash handling, bookkeeping, stocking supplies, ordering inventory, managing staff, working as a bartender when needed, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and enforcing safety and security protocols. You will also be responsible for creating promotional campaigns to drive business to the restaurant and bar and developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure that the restaurant and bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Our ideal candidate will have proven work experience in the hospitality industry, be able to manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Preference will be given to Veterans. Prefer someone with prior supervisory experience.
