CPL # 8519 ISX 475 engine # 70958306 Family # 4CEXH0912XAH, ref # E269HQ56GH55625A53 Date of mfg 07/2004 Includes Camshafts, Rocker Arms, Injectors and Valve Cover. This head was removed from an engine with 807,000.0 miles on it. The engine had a connecting rod bolt failure and is why it was parted out as block and crank were damaged beyond repair.
