2004 Cherokee Lite M285 by Forest River 30 Fifth wheel camper

Still enough time to enjoy camping this summer in this cute and cozy fifth wheel. Very budget friendly but also comfortable for a family. Queen bed in the front and bunks in the back. There are new foam mattresses on the bunks. The dinette and sofa also provide sleeping spaces. Lots of storage inside and out. The AC and furnace were just used last weekend (this is ND where heat and AC are used in the same day). We never used the stove or oven in the time we had the camper, preferring to use a grill or electric frying pan.

Tires are in good condition. The awning needs to be replaced and the decals are not in good condition.

Smoke free/dog friendly unit.

Overall this camper would be great for a family wanting to get into camping without spending a ton of money.
