7 year old bay roan/rabicano gelding (he is more roan in the winter months with winter fuzzies, and in the summer has significant white ticking on his body). This guy has been ridden inside our arena, and everywhere outside around our property.

He has helped us move our cattle between pens, crossed our flooded river, ridden through our unanticipated mud bog, and rides off in our hay field. He saddles up the same for us just about every single day. He has the athleticism when asked, and the mindset to plod along when not. He has never bucked, reared, or personally given us any funny business.

Like most ranch horses, his vice is that he is not "in your pocket" until he gets to know you, and when buying a horse online these days, people want them to be your pet on day one. He is NOT a villain, nor has he ever been dangerous, he is just "cautious" until he knows you. I personally don't find it to be a vice, but we know the horse, he knows us, and have enjoyed him every day that we have owned him. Give him a week or two, and he will follow you like a puppy. With this in mind, he is priced lower than what the market is looking for, and will answer ALL questions to make sure he is a MATCH. We are even open to offers to anyone who can assure us he is something that fits their mold.
