Excellent shape. I have had zero issues with this house.

I bought it from the original owner. He used it to fish on a local lake about 3 miles from his home. He took it off the ice after each use and stored it in a new building that he built specifically for his toys. He said it has never seen salt.

I have never used it in the winter so it has not seen salt since Ive owned it. I have used it two times camping locally. Only reason selling is that I am building a skid house for pulling behind my snowmobile.

Tires are in excellent shape. House pulls really well. (Has 2" ball hitch.)

Interior is in excellent condition. There is one spot in the middle of the floor where the linoleum floor isn't attached. (See photo.) Glacier told me that when they glue down the linoleum, they do half at a time. They figured the adhesive was a little thin in the middle where they proceeded to finish applying the second half of the floor.

The exterior is also in excellent shape. The paint on the frame is excellent, even in wheel wells. The only rust that I see is on the cranks and on the leaf springs. (See photo). I have never touched up the paint.

Clean Title in hand.

$17,900. I'm fairly firm on the price, so please, no low-ball offers. My family enjoys using it for camping, so we are open to keeping it.

Must come and see it in-person. I have it parked in the back of our shop near Fertile, MN so it will remain there safely until it's sold.
