2012 Ford Expedition EL XLT 4x4 5.4l. Vehicle started making a ticking noise. Brought it to an auto shop to have it looked at. I was told it was most likely the passenger side valve train making noise but would have to dig into it to confirm. No check engine lights. The vehicle seems to run very well considering the noise. We have driven it this way since November and havent had an issue. We decided to just upgrade our vehicle instead of putting money into this one. New all terrain tires in October. 4x4 works great. Heat and AC work great. There are a few other minor issues like the passenger window doesnt roll down, the radio works but the display is intermittent, the unlock button on the key fob doesnt work, the back lift gate paint is peeling, and the front bumper is cracked from previous owner hitting a bird.
