As a Sales Agent, your main responsibility would be to assist us in growing our clientele with individuals who are eligible for Medicare or Health Insurance in finding a plan that suits their needs. This involves helping them understand the available options and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Your role would require a strong understanding of Medicare and Health Insurance plans, including their benefits, coverage options, and any associated costs. You would need to stay updated on changes and updates in the insurance industry to provide accurate and relevant information to our clients.

In addition to assisting with the enrollment process, once clients have selected a plan and enrolled, you would assist our team to support them throughout their insurance coverage period. This could involve addressing any questions or concerns they have, assisting with claims and billing issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure member satisfaction with the services provided by Bauman Financial.
