Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Lead HVAC Installer who will be responsible for Installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Duties:
Replace old residential and light commercial HVAC equipment with new as per code.
Provide proper start-up and documentation of new HVAC equipment.
Provides a safe and well organized work space.
Communicates with customers.
Installation and knowledge of the following:
Residential Gas Furnaces
Residential Split systems
Light commercial Rooftop Units
Humidifiers
Air purification systems
Zoning systems
Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade
Possess own basic hand tools
Must be willing to become EPA certified within 30 days of employment. We provide all study materials and will proctor the test.
Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration
Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems
Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade
Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, or stand, lift, and move heavy objects
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
