Help Wanted: Asphalt Laborer

Dakota Concepts has been in service for almost 20 years! Many of our employees have been with us for over 15 years. Although we4 began as a small parking area maintenance company, we have grown into many other facets as the need for asphalt paving in the area has increased.

We are looking for a hardworking asphalt laborer to join our team! This is a fast-paced job that requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

Job Responsibilities:

** Shoveling and raking asphalt mix

**Operating and maneuvering heavy equipment

**Working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

**Ensuring proper asphalt placement and clean-up

**Assisting with job site preparation and clean-up

Requirements:

**Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

**Experience in asphalt or construction is a plus but not required

**Willingness to work in various weather conditions

** Strong teamwork and communication skills
