3 bdrm 1 ba mobile home for rent - lease takeover. If you get the applications approved and sign a lease with the landlord by the end of the day on Thursday, 1/30, I will transfer my $850 security deposit over to you!!!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease on a 3 bedroom, 1 bath singlewide mobile home built in 2005. Current lease ends 9/01/25. I love this house and the landlords are great...I am only leaving because I have to move out of state unexpectedly to help my aging parents. I am planning to be out of the house by mid-day on January 31st, so you could move in that afternoon if you need to be out of your place by the end of the month! Rent is $850/mo and includes lot rent/water/sewer/garbage. You pay electricity (MDU). Central a/c. Washer/Dryer are provided. House is in Wildwood mobile home park in Mandan. The lots on each side of the home are vacant, so you have some space. You must be approved by both Wildwood park management and the landlord. Wildwood will not approve felons, requires a $30 cash only fee per adult age 18+ when you submit the application, and needs a copy of driver license/ID and social security card. The landlord does NOT take Section 8 or other housing assistance, requires a credit score of 600+, and no evictions or money owing to a previous landlord. Landlord does not charge an application fee. The landlord does allow a pet with a non-refundable, one time fee of $500 (no monthly pet rent!). Park management does NOT allow pit bulls or other breeds generally considered dangerous by insurance companies. Bedrooms are a bit small (the 3rd bedroom will only fit a twin bed) and there is not much cupboard or storage space, but it is a great house for the price!!
