11 Bred 3 yrs old cows, baldies and brockle faced. All the bulls used were Ash Cooley Black Angus raised with low birth weight high performing epds, they were turned out the 18th of July and pulled the 20th of September. Cows were ultrasounded and given bovishield the first part of October and the Calves were weaned the 1st of October. They are currently out grazing with all of the cows and have not been on feed. The cows always graze through the winter as long as possible and they don't get babied. They can stay until the first of the year or longer if needed. There used to being handled with horses, dogs, or the four-wheeler. They are all freeze branded to match their tag number and have only one hot iron brand on them.
