Locally grown beef!

Taking orders for 1/4, 1/2! Have 2 appointments in March. All packaging will be vacuum sealed. Hamburger will be in tubes.

Hamburger is 90% lean and available in 1lb or 1.5lb packages.

Roasts are all around 3 pounds. Have chuck, arm, rump, and top sirloin.

Steaks are mostly packaged 2 to a pack. Have sirloin, ribeye, and New York strip.
