Super Jak - 2014 TB Gelding

16.2hh ottb gelding. Been ranch on, roped off last year to treat yearlings and drag calves at branding, started and loping the barrel pattern but hasn't seen much of it since last summer. He is sound and barefoot. May require shoes if you ride constant on hard, rocky ground. Will be a harder keeper if in a herd setting - low on the totem and will not stand up for himself. He can be hotter minded when he gets worked up, but he's respectful about it and simmers down quick. More lazy than he is hot in an arena setting. My 2yo daughter can ride him by herself with no issue in the arena. He can be pushy on the ground. He has his quirks, and he's not a kids horse or beginner's horse. Likes a job and likes to go in the right situations still. He doesn't stand tied alone well. He does paw when anxious. He can be buddy sour. Again, he CAN get prancy and hot at times if he gets worked up or anxious, but simmers down.

Only have him for sale for a limited time. If he's still here after I heal up from having my baby, I'll be running him this summer on barrels and possibly relisting him this fall. He certainly does not have to go. But we don't want to have to keep him separate from our herd 24/7 so he doesn't continue to get beat up on. I will not be making serious plans with buyers until my baby is here within the next few days!
