As a Content Creator and Brand Personality youll be directly responsible for hypnotizing people (sometimes against their will) with the best ASMR videos and building friendships with your impossible-to-resist personality.

You will essentially become the FACE of the company. So if you like variety and cant stand doing the same thing all day long, this is for you!

Because this is part Content Creator, part Brand Personality, part Sales Master, & Part Customer Service

You love watching TikTok, but you dont watch just for fun you notice how the videos are put together.. The nuance of how they grabbed attention, how they cut the transitions, and how it matched to the beat of the song.

You notice how the creator speaks and uses tone of voice to hold your interest.

You love the whole process the shooting, the editing, and you take pride in getting that timing just right for maximum ASMR.

You also love people. All kinds of people. Meeting new people. Asking questions. Getting to know them. Presenting different perspectives.

Youre comfortable in your own shoes, and you can strike up a conversation with anyone.

As a content creator you will be solely responsible for the whole end to end process of keeping our social media channels full of delightful content.

Shooting - editing - posting and everything in between!

As the brand personality youll be responsible for building relationships and getting people to like you! Think of it as getting paid to make friends!

This friendship-making will be done both online (being in the videos, friending people on the business Facebook) and in person (lunch with realtors, selling to our clients), with the goal that strong relationships lead to business growth and lots of fun!

You MUST have:

-a delightful, likable personality

-clean look, you care A LOT about how you present yourself.

-a love for people, you love meeting new people everyday!

-a serving attitude, you take pride in going beyond the normal limits to make people happy and absolutely love you!

-a willingness to learn, because we experiment a lot.. Were always trying something new and youll be asked to try new things too. You will learn and grow a lot! Mistakes are encouraged here (as long as we learn something from them)

-an attitude to overcome. You dont stop at the first obstacle, you find a way. You know that everything is figure-out-able.

Ill be 100% honest with you, this is an entry level position. You will not make much as a base salary, but you will get a good commission on the sales you bring in, and if you do what we tell you and have a good attitude, youll make that money! And there is lots of room to grow from here.
