Description: Responsible for ticket sales and customer service for ticketed events at the Event Center/Belle Mehus; reconcile all money received from ticket sales at the end of the shift; making change quickly and accurately; answer phone inquiries; able to work at a fast pace under stressful situations at times.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Previous customer service experience and computer skills required. Must be available to work various shifts including nights & weekends.
