The Kitzan Family offers the following land in Stark County for sale upon sealed bids:

Parcel No. 1

The East Half (E1/2) of Section Twenty-Six (26), in Township One Hundred Thirty-Nine (139) N, Range Ninety-One (91) W of the 5th P.M., Stark County, ND consisting of 292 +/- acres of crop land that has been utilized as grass/hay land for the past 2 years. Prior to that this land was in CRP for approximately 20 years. There are 2 wind turbines located upon this property as part of the Sunflower Wind Project. Each of these turbines consistently pay annual royalties in excess of $10,000 and are included in this sale.

Parcel No. 2

The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty-Five (35) and the West Half of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2W1/2NW1/4) of Section Thirty-Six (36), both in Township One Hundred Thirty- Nine (139) N, Range Ninety-One (91) W of the 5th P.M., Stark County, ND consisting of 95 +/- acres of cropland and 100 +/- acres of pasture land. This parcel consists of a farmyard with a 40 x 90 quonset with electricity, concrete floors, 20 x 14 doors on each end and a walk-in door. There is a water fountain and hydrant located in the yard and a good working well with a new pump installed last summer. There is also a SW Water tap. There is good road access to this parcel.

These properties are located approximately 12.5 miles southwest of Hebron, ND. This property offers world-class hunting with large numbers of pheasant, grouse and both White-Tail and Mule deer.

The Sellers reserve all mineral rights including all oil, gas, coal, and any other minerals located in and under the land. Any and all gravel, scoria, clay, and sand interests owned by the Sellers are included in the sale.
